How quickly can I get live?

Most jewellers are live the same day. Once your config is set, going live is a single paste on your page — we stay on the call until it's working.

What if I need a change after launch?

Email us. Most changes — colours, copy, checkout behaviour, toggling engraving — are config edits that take effect within minutes, with no work on your side.

The prices look wrong — what do I do?

Pricing tracks the live gold and platinum market with your agreed markup. If anything looks off, tell us — we can check the feed and your markup settings the same day.

Is my customer data safe?

Enquiries and orders flow through your own checkout or booking endpoint — the customer relationship stays entirely yours. We don't sit between you and the buyer.

I'm a manufacturer — where do I start?

Email partners@ring-sync.com. We'll arrange to map your range and discuss the partnership — there's no fee to list your catalogue.
